Library leadership in the public school setting is my major focus. Library media specialists should lead in these three areas: technology, curriculum, and library media program administration. I'm reading and learning about these topics.

I'm a former school librarian and elementary school principal. I record my thoughts about the literature that I read--children's, young adult, and the diverse literature necessary for today's school setting. I also put this literature into context regarding who might enjoy or find the stories and information useful as well as how it might be used for learning or pleasure reading.
